A big ol' neurologically rare fellow who starts and finishes more creative projects in more mediums than he probably should. Flash creation was never my strong suit as a skill, but I was able to become a competent game developer and highly-varied artist.

I'm older now. Yeah.

Turns out I've made several posts about the Jaws movie that I was working on, but I realize that I have never posted the actual movie anywhere on Newgrounds.

So here it is now. The whole 45 minute movie in all its stupid glory. (It had to be over 40 minutes or it wouldn't be legible for the contest. I had to add filler.)

DISCLAIMER:

This movie was never designed to make sense or be treated like a serious drama. Everything was deliberately made as stupid as possible to make it a funny movie. I deliberately invoked the So Bad It's Good trope so don't complain about bad quality animation. The movie was made in Powerpoint's 2003 edition.

I just finished making a 45 minute movie yesterday. I animated the whole thing in fucking Powerpoint 2003 edition, recorded it with a trial version of Camtasia, and edited the whole thing in Sony Vegas. It took me 2 years and several breaks, but I took it all the way from 2014 to just over the deadline when Marty McFly arrives.

That's it. If I can create that, and determinize myself until a goal like that is achieved... Nothing can stop me from making the Flash animations that I want to create.

It's over. I win and Flash will be my victory.

My progress on Jaws is taking too long!

Update: Whoops. It actually is finished now. I forgot to update this feed with the news. View it here.

Hello KidneyBeanClock. I seem to have discovered your likeness in the concrete footpath.

Well then!

This is a comic from Crack Putty. It's been on hiatus ever since comic 71, back in March. It's going to return in June.

Ever since May started I've been trying to do comic-related things - even if they are only vaguely connected to Crack Putty - and somewhat unintentionally during the month I've come up with a few great strip ideas. In that time I've written brand new commentary for Fatal Expression (the first and previous series that doesn't need subscribers), outlined a bit of plot and background for my upcoming Minecraft Fans series, and today I'm going to make sure every Fatal Expression comic is filled with alt-text.

So, what's happening after June, you may ask? Obviously Crack Putty will be back and in full swing by then, but what's really worth mentioning is that not horribly long afterward, there's going to be a new webcomic series from me that runs in good time instead.

It will be called Minecraft Fans, and it's pretty much just about what you'd expect; people who like Minecraft, play the game, and go on adventures. But there's going to be more to it than that, and I'm going to do my best to avoid that filthy Two Gamers on a Couch trope. It's also going to turn pretty serious, and have some greater world building than both of my currently-established comic serieses.

Another thing that I've established as suitable for comic preparation work, by some weird logic and extension, is working on my next animation; which is also obviously in Flash. It's called Death From Minecraft, and isn't going to be much like anything else I've mentioned in this post. It's entirely an atmospheric piece based on █████ from ████'s ██████ █████. Look forward to it!

It's one of those Wacom pen and touch things. I haven't used it much yet, but I want to get used to using it so that I can draw better artwork.
